Started out very stressful, with a dented up brand new truck on the lot they were trying to sell me. When i flipped out on the team, they tried to de-escalate the situation the best they could, and luckily had another of the exact same identical truck, so they eventually got the sale, and i bought the new truck. Not sure about the service department, only dealt with the sales team. Pretty decent service overall considering how it started off.

I went to Buchanan Kia on June 15th to test the waters after extensive research into switching brands. I had another Kia dealership visit scheduled to compare shop, but Rick Rogers made that an easy decision. I left with a great impression but wanted to make an informed decision. I was back in communication the very next day ready to move forward — and they were courteous and attentive throughout. Worth noting — the showroom is currently undergoing major construction. Don't let that fool you. The experience with the folks inside was exceptional. The word that kept coming back to me throughout this entire experience was transparent. From the first inquiry to the final signature — never once did I question what was happening or why. It started before I even arrived. I sent an inquiry that morning, received an immediate confirmation, and the car was already pulled up and waiting by the time I got there. That attention to detail set the tone for everything that followed. Rick Rogers — Product Specialist — lives up to that title. He gave me a thorough breakdown of pretty much every feature before we left the lot for the test drive. I can be longwinded — Rick never made me feel that way. He listened, answered every question, and knew exactly which roads to take on the test drive to let the car speak for itself. By far the most informed test drive experience I have ever had. Rick is the reason I'll be talking about Buchanan Kia for a long time. The customer service was exceptional from inquiry to delivery — attentive, thorough, and never once pushy. Even at the very end, Bernadette and another gentleman whose name I didn't catch were personable and attentive while helping get the tags on the vehicle. Tom, General Sales Manager, was equally impressive with the signing process — flexible, accommodating, and seamless. The follow-up after the sale has been just as consistent. Over the past decade and a half my family and I have purchased three brand new cars from the same brand and leased a total of four from another. We were considering switching to Kia based on recommendations from close family and friends. After this experience at Buchanan, we're not just satisfied with the decision — driving a Kia off their lot was just the right decision as they made it so.
