We had a great experience at the Buchanan Kia Dealership. Everyone was very friendly, especially Nathan who went on our test drive and was our main contact. Nathan was very knowledgeable about Kia Carnival and answered all of our questions. He wasn't too pushy and worked with us once we decided what car we wanted. Even the financial process was easy. We would highly recommend this dealership over the Owings Mills Dealership. The Buchanan Kia building was going through some renovations when we were there, but the staff makes up for the appearance of the building.

Bernadette and Tom were amazing. The communication with Bernadette during the day was great, she was on top of every detail and question that I had. She helped me to find the right car for me and Tom was great explaining the loan and helping me to get my payment under my budget. I would trust them to buy more cars in the future for sure.

100% recommend, salesmen Tyron displayed awesome customer service , prices are great and the process was easy and went fast.

The team was amazing! I knew my budget knew what I wanted and they made it happen! From start to finish in and out within 4 hours, including the test drive, paperwork and demonstration of all the features of my new vehicle. My sales lady Jenna if I could give her more then 5 stars I would! Highly recommend!

Henry was a very pleasant salesman. I really liked his personality. He explained everything really well.
