Started out very stressful, with a dented up brand new truck on the lot they were trying to sell me. When i flipped out on the team, they tried to de-escalate the situation the best they could, and luckily had another of the exact same identical truck, so they eventually got the sale, and i bought the new truck. Not sure about the service department, only dealt with the sales team. Pretty decent service overall considering how it started off.
Tom was absolutely amazing, he didn't stop until he found me the perfect car. I absolutely love it, thank you so much to Tom and also Mike for getting me in my new car so quickly

Prior to the day I purchased my car from Buchanan Kia, I had been speaking with Bernadette for several days. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and concerns promptly, replied quickly, and provided thorough detail about how the purchase would work from start to finish. She made the experience smooth and stress‑free.
I went to Buchanan Kia on June 15th to test the waters after extensive research into switching brands. I had another Kia dealership visit scheduled to compare shop, but Rick Rogers made that an easy decision. I left with a great impression but wanted to make an informed decision. I was back in communication the very next day ready to move forward — and they were courteous and attentive throughout.
Worth noting — the showroom is currently undergoing major construction. Don't let that fool you. The experience with the folks inside was exceptional.

June 30, 2024. Bernadette was the salesperson I was blessed to have to buy my first new car since 2014. She guided me through the process with kindness and humor. Bernadette made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process which did not take a lot of time. I highly recommend her for anyone’s salesperson.

I purchased a 2025 Sportage on 4/28/26 and Rick the salesperson couldn't have been more helpful and generous with his time. I purchased a key/fob as the vehicle only had one surrendered. The first came with the key incorrectly cut so another stick was ordered (again cut incorrectly), Ryan in parts had also ordered a blank stick and had it taken to a locksmith and it was cut properly and the fob had to be reprogrammed. I ended up buying a new car the SAME day, and I’ve absolutely enjoyed the entire experience, my salesman, finance manager, and service department. We had a great experience at the Buchanan Kia Dealership. Everyone was very friendly, especially Nathan who went on our test drive and was our main contact. Nathan was very knowledgeable about Kia Carnival and answered all of our questions. He wasn't too pushy and worked with us once we decided what car we wanted. Even the financial process was easy. We would highly recommend this dealership over the Owings Mills Dealership. The Buchanan Kia building was going through some renovations when we were there, but the staff makes up for the appearance of the building.
Bernadette and Tom were amazing. The communication with Bernadette during the day was great, she was on top of every detail and question that I had. She helped me to find the right car for me and Tom was great explaining the loan and helping me to get my payment under my budget. I would trust them to buy more cars in the future for sure.

I bought a 2021 crosstrek from here brand new after totalling my 2019. Its pretty much been a dud and I've had to take it back 5 times due to camshaft issues that were thankfully covered under my warranty after the 3rd time. I was very satisfied with my car purchase. Aiden was very friendly and didn't come across as the" typical salesman". You can tell when people are genuine or not for the most part. Took my Telluride for the first time for service at Buchanon. Had a great experience. The people were friendly, informative and great. It was super fast. I had always gone to Owings Mills and a simple service took hours and I was out with in an hour at Buchanon. I will definitely be returning.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Sam was fantastic, low pressure and helped me set up all the customization settings. I accidentally scheduled my oil change and recall part appointment for the Frederick location when I meant to book Westminster. When I arrived, they kindly let me know I was at the wrong location, but instead of turning me away, they went above and beyond to help me. They squeezed me into their schedule and were even able to track down one last set of parts needed for my recall. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
