I still was uncertain about pricing. The next day they called me and we made a deal. Even after purchasing the vehicle I had some concerns. I had a great experience buying my Honda HR-V from Buchanan. Samantha asked what I was looking to pay monthly, let me take it for a test drive, and worked out a great deal for me. The whole process was quick and easy—about an hour and a half—and I was able to drive off the same day in my new car. Kia has always text or call me to let me know when I am due for services to be done on my vehicle. They are very friendly and efficient every time I go there to get services done. The prices are great and they have deals that work for my budget. They have a special that I love right now for 3 oil changes for 80 plus dollars. That is very cheap and I love cheap. Lol

This was hands-down the best dealership experience I ever had. Nate was easy to deal with and quickly got us a very specific used car were looking at from another dealership in the Buchanan network from over an hour away for us to look at based on a phone conversation. He had it charged as it was an electric car when we got there. The dealership worked with us and matched our trade with another competitor, and even brought the price down a little bit to put us at a comfortable payment. They also credited us some extra money for a Fast charger as the car only came with a basic portable charger, a substantial expense that they certainly didn’t have to do! We had our toddler daughter with us and they were incredibly kind and accommodating for her even when she was being a little bit rambunctious. All the paperwork was thoroughly explained to us in Laymans terms and we were in and out within just an hour and a half or so. I cannot thank the team at Buchanan Kia enough and I will definitely be coming back here when it’s time to trade in our other vehicle!

Being a trucker, I’m pretty meticulous about my rigs, and I wasn't going to settle for a 'quick fix.' Enter Chuck Bumbaugh. Chuck handled my persistence like a pro and decided that 'doing the right thing' was more important than the bottom line. He sourced a brand-new Nissan crate motor and a 3-year warranty that gives my family total peace of mind for our RV trips. He even handled the logistics of getting the truck back to my driveway while I was working out of state. It’s easier to find a needle in a haystack than a GM with this much integrity. If you're looking for a truck, go to Buchanan and ask for Chuck—just be prepared to deal with a guy who actually keeps his word. As long as they are in business they will have mine.

We initially came into Buchanan Subaru due to 2017 Subaru having electronic break issues while on vacation. Service Center employee was empathetic and serviced immediately! Then she shared that it was a recall issue and would be no charge! My husband and I browsed their inventory and found a pre-owned, certified 2024 Outback that just had our name on it! Fate has led us to Samantha who expedited the process and was very informative. While Mike did the credit application, Samantha suggested we take the outback for a spin. After signing on the dotted line, Samantha made sure we had a full tank of gas! On our way back from Chincoteague, Samantha suggested we stop by and any questions regarding the new display (somewhat different from my 2017) would be answered! She was gracious and patient s I asked questions. We will stop by next year on our trip to the beach... They were not only professional but made you feel as if you made friends for life! Thank you!

Kept me in the loop the whole repair process and honored my warranty when my local dealers wouldn’t. I will continue to work with this dealership just because of Chris and the service department.

I bought the pictured 2019 Mustang. Looked great, drove great. Got a really good deal with a 1 year drivetrain warranty. Had an initial issue - as most used cars will - but they went out of their way to make it right. Really surprised me. I would buy there again.

Buchanan has a great marketplace for vehicles! I purchased a nice vehicle I can favorite over the years.

Started out very stressful, with a dented up brand new truck on the lot they were trying to sell me. When i flipped out on the team, they tried to de-escalate the situation the best they could, and luckily had another of the exact same identical truck, so they eventually got the sale, and i bought the new truck. Not sure about the service department, only dealt with the sales team. Pretty decent service overall considering how it started off.

I was back in communication the very next day ready to move forward — and they were courteous and attentive throughout. Worth noting — the showroom is currently undergoing major construction. Don't let that fool you. The experience with the folks inside was exceptional. The word that kept coming back to me throughout this entire experience was transparent. From the first inquiry to the final signature — never once did I question what was happening or why. It started before I even arrived. I sent an inquiry that morning, received an immediate confirmation, and the car was already pulled up and waiting by the time I got there. That attention to detail set the tone for everything that followed. Rick Rogers — Product Specialist — lives up to that title. He gave me a thorough breakdown of pretty much every feature before we left the lot for the test drive. I can be longwinded — Rick never made me feel that way. He listened, answered every question, and knew exactly which roads to take on the test drive to let the car speak for itself. By far the most informed test drive experience I have ever had. Rick is the reason I'll be talking about Buchanan Kia for a long time. The customer service was exceptional from inquiry to delivery — attentive, thorough, and never once pushy. Even at the very end, Bernadette and another gentleman whose name I didn't catch were personable and attentive while helping get the tags on the vehicle. Tom, General Sales Manager, was equally impressive with the signing process — flexible, accommodating, and seamless. The follow-up after the sale has been just as consistent. Over the past decade and a half my family and I have purchased three brand new cars from the same brand and leased a total of four from another. We were considering switching to Kia based on recommendations from close family and friends. After this experience at Buchanan, we're not just satisfied with the decision — driving a Kia off their lot was just the right decision as they made it so. With an expiring lease coming up soon, Buchanan Kia will certainly be at the top of our list. I've bought several cars before and immediately questioned my decision. Not this time. I am extremely disappointed with the way Buchanan Chevrolet handled my attempt to purchase a new Silverado. I initially expressed interest in a truck on your lot last Monday and specifically asked to be notified if it sold because my spouse would need to leave work to travel to the dealership when we were both available Thursday afternoon. The truck was sold without anyone notifying me. Your sales manager, Alex, then told us a matching truck had been located at a dealership in Georgia and that a dealer trade would be initiated. We negotiated pricing, came to an agreement, and shook hands on the deal. I was asked for my credit card for a $500 deposit but then was told the machine wasn’t working so we’d have to go on the honor system. (Turns out Buchanan doesn’t work on honor) I was told I would receive an update Friday evening regarding the truck’s arrival. No one called Friday. I had to call shortly before closing and was told the Georgia dealership had not yet responded and that I would receive a call Saturday morning. That call never came. Saturday afternoon I again had to contact the dealership, was told Alex would call me after finishing with another customer, and instead only received a text apologizing for the lack of communication. When I asked why it had been so difficult to receive updates, I received no response and heard nothing further. Today, almost a week later, another Buchanan employee contacted me via text assuming I had already been told the truck could not be obtained and attempted to sell me different vehicles instead. I then contacted another Chevrolet dealership, which informed me that the Georgia truck had reportedly been sold weeks earlier. If accurate, this is completely inconsistent with what Buchanan represented to me throughout the negotiation. For what it’s worth; I’m an ideal customer. I have an excellent credit score and was happy to put money down as well as a trade-in. I will make sure everyone I know hears that Buchanan is not the dealership to spend their time and money on. Whether this was poor communication or inaccurate information provided by your staff, the experience was unacceptable. I spent days waiting on updates that never came, was repeatedly promised phone calls that never happened, and made purchasing decisions based on information that now appears to have been incorrect. I expected much better professionalism, transparency, and communication.

I purchased a 2025 Sportage on 4/28/26 and Rick the salesperson couldn't have been more helpful and generous with his time. I purchased a key/fob as the vehicle only had one surrendered. The first came with the key incorrectly cut so another stick was ordered (again cut incorrectly), Ryan in parts had also ordered a blank stick and had it taken to a locksmith and it was cut properly and the fob had to be reprogrammed. While waiting, I took the time to go over to sales as I had a couple questions on two fees that I was originally charged (he had to see Ken when I added two items). Rick had a gentlemen speak with me, who was Tom Perry, GSM (from your website). I told him I was originally charged for a $20 lien filing fee (I had paid cash) and I thought the registration fees were for the third tier of MVAs schedule, and I showed him a photo of my registration that was given to me originally, which would be the second tier (my title indicated this also). Mr. Perry verified my phone number, said he would talk to the title person in Pennsylvania. He said if I had overpaid, I would get the money refunded. Next Monday it will be five weeks, and I haven't heard anything further, not a phone call or a refund check or an explanation. A five-star review is for Rick and Ryan, but this outstanding item has brought it down, but I wanted to let the two Rs know I appreciate their assistance.

We had a great experience at the Buchanan Kia Dealership. Everyone was very friendly, especially Nathan who went on our test drive and was our main contact. Nathan was very knowledgeable about Kia Carnival and answered all of our questions. He wasn't too pushy and worked with us once we decided what car we wanted. Even the financial process was easy. We would highly recommend this dealership over the Owings Mills Dealership. The Buchanan Kia building was going through some renovations when we were there, but the staff makes up for the appearance of the building.

Bernadette and Tom were amazing. The communication with Bernadette during the day was great, she was on top of every detail and question that I had. She helped me to find the right car for me and Tom was great explaining the loan and helping me to get my payment under my budget. I would trust them to buy more cars in the future for sure.

I bought a 2021 crosstrek from here brand new after totalling my 2019. Its pretty much been a dud and I've had to take it back 5 times due to camshaft issues that were thankfully covered under my warranty after the 3rd time. Im currently getting my engine replaced at 117k miles, and I havent been told the exact reason why but im fairly certain it's whatever issues I was having before. Subaru as been wonderful in footing the cost of my new engine, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They've had my car for 3 weeks now though due to being sent the wrong engine. I just unfortunately got a Covid car that ended up almost being a lemon.

I was impressed with the caring attitude of the service desk. They explained each step of the process to ensure that I was informed. Stephanie and Ivan represented the best professionalism during the time period that my Chevy Silverado truck was being serviced.

Just wanted to say my car purchase agreement experience was excellent at this dealership. I purchased a vehicle out of state with a trade in from Maryland and they delivered it straight to my home at no extra cost. Special shoutout to David Marks for getting this deal done! He is a terrific salesman and takes good care of his clients.

UPDATE: Really enjoying the car. 32-33 mpg, peppy, excellent offroad, 9k miles. I was a life long Toyota loyalist. My wife's 2025 Outback Onyx - her choice not mine - isen an awesome car in every way, except that it is slightly underpowered. I recently owned and sold a 2025 Rav4 hybrid (yawn) and Civic Touring Hybrid (very good, peppy small car). Our son needed a new car, so he took over the Civic. I test drove quite a few cars to include several Subarus. The Crosstreks seemed really good, especially the new hybrid. But I fell in love with the Crosstrek Wilderness. It ticks all the boxes. I was concerned about gas mileage, but returned from a 800 mile maiden voyage having averaged 32.3 MPG, which should get a little better with more miles. This Crosstrek is peppy, handles really well, and is smoother on the road than I expected it to be, given the upgraded suspension. The CVT transmission is very responsive and seems to know what to do at higher speeds. If you want total control, you can change the transmission to manual and use the paddles. I could have saved a few hundred bucks by buying from a dealer in a larger city. But the folks at Buchanan were (a) very accommodating, (b) honest, (c) knowledgeable (d) straightforward and transparent with cost details, and (e) part of a small dealership that provides a much better experience compared to a more sterile larger organization. Thanks to Sam for being generous with her time and details. I'll update this review in the future.

My daughter and I recently purchased a car from Buchanan and dealing with samantha homa was a pleasure. She made sure everything was well explained so my daughters fist car purchase was easy and transparent. I highly recommend talking to her if given the chance!

I had a really enjoyable experience at Buchanan Kia. That might sound odd as buying a car isn't high up on most people's list of good times. I recommend them highly to consider for your next car.

Took my Telluride for the first time for service at Buchanon. Had a great experience. The people were friendly, informative and great. It was super fast. I had always gone to Owings Mills and a simple service took hours and I was out with in an hour at Buchanon. I will definitely be returning.

The Buchannan service dept is amazing! I came in for a new key fob. Half a hour later Will from the Service Dept reported that the squirrel had built quite a large nest. Under the hood. He had checked things over and fortunately said there was no wiring damage. Then he also said he cleaned out all the leaves and sticks the squirrel had left. Certainly above and beyond what he had to do.
