The “far from great” that google gives a one star rating is giving these people too much credit. I have had the single worst customer service experience in my life dealing with them and my issues are still not resolved. I can’t even get ahold of a general manager to speak with. Do not buy a car from here unless you like dealing with one manager that over promises and another that sticks you with a bill you didn’t ask for.

I also had just bought a new 2026 Corvette stingray w/z51 from another dealer but was unhappy with the outlandish high spoiler and cold so Wendy suggested I talked to one of the salesmen there. Although no great price saving, really at any dealer in my life at least, I still did finally order a more selective styled Stingray in the color I actually wanted, with Z51 of course, and accepted paying a lot for what I wanted.

Honestly, this is a bait and switch rip-off company. They had me purchase a 3 pack for oil changes. For my car, knowing that I was going to share them with my daughters to get their oil changes and it was nontransferable and only for the vehicle that you originally purchased for the manager, there is In lack of better words poorly trained has a horrible attitude and shouldn't be working with the public. Kia has always text or call me to let me know when I am due for services to be done on my vehicle. They are very friendly and efficient every time I go there to get services done. The prices are great and they have deals that work for my budget. They have a special that I love right now for 3 oil changes for 80 plus dollars. That is very cheap and I love cheap. Lol

This was hands-down the best dealership experience I ever had.
Nate was easy to deal with and quickly got us a very specific used car were looking at from another dealership in the Buchanan network from over an hour away for us to look at based on a phone conversation.

This vehicle is also missing the gear shift position indicator at the console. There is a hole there and objects could easily fall into this area and jam your shifter linkage.

Started out very stressful, with a dented up brand new truck on the lot they were trying to sell me. When i flipped out on the team, they tried to de-escalate the situation the best they could, and luckily had another of the exact same identical truck, so they eventually got the sale, and i bought the new truck. Not sure about the service department, only dealt with the sales team. Pretty decent service overall considering how it started off.

She answered all of my questions and concerns promptly, replied quickly, and provided thorough detail about how the purchase would work from start to finish. She made the experience smooth and stress‑free.
I went to Buchanan Kia on June 15th to test the waters after extensive research into switching brands. I had another Kia dealership visit scheduled to compare shop, but Rick Rogers made that an easy decision. I left with a great impression but wanted to make an informed decision. If you buy any used car here be sure to look it over with a fine tooth comb... if it is advertised to have a complete stereo system, make sure it has the antenna which was broken off exposing inner wires, which i ended up paying to fix. After reading reviews, buying a new vehicle sounds like a better experience. If you intend to buy a used vehicle, bring your own financing because they will attempt to add 1-2% on your interest rate (that goes back to them) into your loan. Expect attitude when you realize they are attempting to rate hike your loan and choose to utilize your own financing. Rarely do I have an issue such as this. But in short, I had a lease of 42 months. Buchanan was to cover 1 months payment. My sales agreement shows I'm only responsible for 41. Buchanan has never made payment #1. After repeated requests and assurances it was taken care of, It has not. Sadly, bad for Buchanan and CDJR. It hard to imagine this type of response. The positive was the front line sales person was very nice and did what she could.
Santiago greeted me within seconds on my arrival. He found the car I was interested in and gave me time to look over and ask any questions. After we came in ran numbers made offers and came up with price. Of all the cars I have purchased this has been the quickest and easiest. I applaud Santiago and the team at Buchanan.
